Ingredients
- 1/2 a cup of desiccated coconut ground in the coffee grinder (or fresh coconut if available)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon or more (to taste) of black salt
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder (optionally can use fresh giner)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (optionally can use fresh garlic)
- 2 teaspoons of mild curry powder
- 2 medium sized apples
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the apple
- In a large bowl grate two apples with the fine part of the grater
- Mix the apple and the dry ingredients together until well combined
- Serve with your favourite steamed veggies or salad. Also works well as a dip for sesame potatoes or fries.
